  • 1.5 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 cup Cold Butter
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Grated Cheese (e.g. Cheddar)
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt.
  3. 3Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. 4Stir in the sour cream, egg, and grated cheese. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. 5Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured (with gluten-free flour) surface and pat it into a 1-inch thick circle.
  6. 6Use a round cookie cutter or a knife to cut out the pogácsa.
