Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roast Beef
  • 4 slices Gluten-Free Bread
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 2 tbsp Dill Pickles
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1Place the 4 slices of Gluten-Free Bread in a toaster oven or under a broiler preheated to 350°F (175°C). Toast for 2 to 4 minutes, until the slices are lightly golden and feel firm to the touch. Remove the toasted slices and set them aside.
  2. 2On a clean cutting board, finely chop the 2 tablespoons of Capers, the 2 tablespoons of Dill Pickles, and the 2 tablespoons of Parsley.
  3. 3In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise, the finely chopped 2 tablespoons of Capers, the finely chopped 2 tablespoons of Dill Pickles, the finely chopped 2 tablespoons of Parsley, the 1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard, and the 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice. Stir thoroughly with a spoon until all ingredients are well combined and the sauce is smooth.
  4. 4Evenly spread the prepared remoulade sauce over the toasted 4 slices of Gluten-Free Bread, using approximately 2 tablespoons of sauce per slice. Arrange the 1 lb of Roast Beef on top of the remoulade-covered slices, distributing it evenly among the 4 slices.
  5. 5Serve the Gluten-Free Open-Faced Roast Beef Sandwiches immediately.
