- 4 cups Water
- 2 Dried Limes
- 1/4 cup Cilantro

- 1Rinse and devein the shrimp. Lightly coat with rice flour.
- 2In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
