- 4Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, and cardamom pods. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- 5Pour in water and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5-2 hours, or until the goat meat is tender. If using a pressure cooker, cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- 6Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice.
