Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lamb
  • 1 cup Sorghum (Gluten-Free)
  • 4 cups Milk
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. 1In a large pot, melt ghee over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. 2Add lamb and brown on all sides.
  3. 3Add sorghum, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
  4. 4Pour in milk and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours, or until the sorghum is tender and the soup has thickened.
  5. 5Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Serve hot.
