Ingredients

  • 1 package Gluten-free pizza dough
  • 0.5 cup Tomato sauce
  • 0.5 cup Cooked ham, diced
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Dried oregano

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Lightly dust a clean surface with a tiny bit of olive oil, then roll out the 1 package Gluten-free pizza dough. Use a cookie cutter or a knife to cut the dough into small circles. Place these dough circles onto a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  3. 3Brush the tops of each dough circle lightly with the 1 tbsp Olive oil.
  4. 4Spread a small amount of the 0.5 cup Tomato sauce evenly over each dough circle.
  5. 5Distribute the 0.5 cup Cooked ham, diced, and the 0.5 cup Pineapple chunks, drained, over the sauce on each circle.
  6. 6Generously sprinkle the 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded, over the toppings on each pizza bite.
  7. 7Sprinkle the 0.5 tsp Dried oregano over the cheese on all the pizza bites.
  8. 8Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. The pizza bites are ready when the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. 9Allow the pizza bites to cool slightly on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
