Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend
  • 1/2 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 1 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups Warm Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour blend, tapioca starch, psyllium husk powder, and salt.
  3. 3Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4Knead the dough for 5 minutes. The dough will be sticky.
  5. 5Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into a roll.
  6. 6Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. 7Sprinkle sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds on top of each roll.
  8. 8Cover the rolls and let them rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  9. 9Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  10. 10Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. 11Let the rolls cool on a wire rack before serving.
