  • 1.5 pounds Potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. 1Peel the 1.5 pounds of potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes, about 1/2-inch by 1/2-inch.
  2. 2Heat the 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).

  4. 4While the potatoes are cooking, mince the 3 cloves of garlic and finely chop the 0.25 cup of cilantro.
  5. 5In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped cilantro, 0.5 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of paprika.
  6. 6Once the potatoes are cooked and crispy, pour the spice mixture over them in the skillet and toss everything together to ensure the potatoes are evenly coated.
  7. 7Serve the Gluten-Free Emirati Spiced Potatoes immediately.
