  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 1.5 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.5 cup Butter or oil
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
  2. 2Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Mash the dates.
  3. 3In a bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour and baking soda.
