  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Ghee substitute (vegetable oil)

Instructions

  1. 1In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, until lightly browned.
  2. 2Gradually add water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. 3Add sugar and cardamom powder, and continue stirring until the mixture thickens to a porridge-like consistency.
  4. 4Stir in coconut cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
