Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Arborio Rice
  • 4 cups Coconut Milk
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • For sprinkling Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the rice in a fine-mesh sieve until the water runs clear.
  2. 2In a medium saucepan, combine the rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
