Ingredients

  • 3 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter, Cold
  • 1 cup Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy)
  • 0.5 cup Golden Syrup

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. 3Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
