  • 1 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 large Egg Yolks
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Manjar Blanco (Dulce de Leche)
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.

  3. 3In a separate bowl, whisk together tapioca flour, almond flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
