Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken breast
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Chicken broth
  • 4 cups Cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
  3. 3Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. 4Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. 5Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. 6Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli. Cook until the sauce has thickened.
  7. 7Serve over cooked white rice.
