Ingredients

  • 1 lb Butternut squash
  • 1 cup Long green beans
  • 2 cans Coconut milk
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • to taste Salt

Instructions

  1. 1In a large pot, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in a bit of coconut oil (or water for oil-free) until fragrant.
