Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and devein the shrimp. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. 2Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4Add garlic and chili flakes to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. 5Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. 7Serve immediately with crusty bread for dipping (make sure the bread is nut-free).
