  • 1 lb Frozen French Fries
  • 0.5 cup Peanut Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 0.25 cup Dairy-Free Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 medium Onion
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Heat 2 cups of vegetable oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Carefully add the 1 lb of frozen French fries to the hot vegetable oil. Fry for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fries from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
