Ingredients

  • 1 can Canned Tuna
  • 1 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 1 small Green Chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • For frying Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine the canned tuna, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger, curry powder, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  3. 3Shape the mixture into small cutlets.
  4. 4Coat each cutlet with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. 6Fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. 7Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
