Ingredients

  • 2 medium Eggplant
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.75 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Sunflower seed butter
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2-4 tablespoons Water

Instructions
