Egyptian Feteer Meshaltet (Flaky Pastry) with Honey

Ingredients

  • 8 sheets Gluten-Free Phyllo Dough
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Brush a baking sheet with melted butter.
  3. 3Lay one sheet of gluten-free phyllo dough on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  4. 4Repeat with the remaining phyllo sheets, stacking them on top of each other and brushing each layer with butter.
  5. 5Fold the edges of the stacked phyllo dough inward to form a square or circle.
  6. 6Brush the top with melted butter.
  7. 7Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. 8Cut into pieces and serve warm with honey for dipping.
