Ingredients

  • 1 pound Store-Bought Pizza Dough
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Bell Peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2On a clean surface, roll out the 1 pound of store-bought pizza dough. Use a cookie cutter or knife to cut the dough into small circles.
  3. 3Place the pizza circles onto a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Brush each pizza circle with the 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  5. 5Spread a thin layer of the 1/2 cup of pizza sauce over each circle, leaving a small border around the edge.
  6. 6Sprinkle the pizza circles evenly with the 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese. Then, add your desired toppings, such as the 1/2 cup of pepperoni, 1/2 cup of mushrooms, and 1/2 cup of bell peppers.
  7. 7Sprinkle the tops with the 1 teaspoon of dried oregano.
  8. 8Bake for 12-15 minutes. The pizza bites are ready when the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
