Ingredients

  • 1 lb Edamame pods (in shell)
  • 1 tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1Fill a large pot with water. Place the pot on the stove over high heat and bring the water to a rolling boil, which should take about 10 minutes.
  2. 2Carefully add the 1 lb of Edamame pods (in shell) to the 10 cups of boiling water. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the pods are tender when bitten.
  3. 3Drain the cooked edamame pods using a colander. Transfer the drained edamame to a serving bowl.
  4. 4Sprinkle the 1 tsp of Sea salt evenly over the hot edamame pods. Serve immediately.
