Ingredients

  • 1 pound Frozen Edamame (shelled)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 stalks Green Onions

Instructions

  1. 1Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  3. 3Add the frozen edamame and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until heated through.
  4. 4Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  5. 5Cook for another minute, until the sauce is slightly thickened.
  6. 6Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
