Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork sausages
  • 0.5 lb Bacon
  • 2 lb Potatoes
  • 2 large Onions
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the sausages and bacon into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Peel and slice the potatoes and onions.
  3. 3In a large pot or Dutch oven, layer the sausages, bacon, potatoes, and onions. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  4. 4Pour the chicken broth over the layers. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. 6Stir in the parsley before serving.
