Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked Dirty Rice
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Avocado Oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cup Soy-Free Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine cooked dirty rice, tapioca starch, and egg. Mix well.
  2. 2Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. 3Roll the balls in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. 4Heat avocado oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. 5Fry the arancini until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. 6In a separate bowl, whisk together soy-free mayonnaise, garlic, hot sauce, and lemon juice to make the aioli.
  7. 7Serve dirty rice arancini with spicy aioli for dipping.
