Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Japanese Rice
  • 1/4 cup Silken Tofu
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Green Onions
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1 sheet Nori Seaweed

Instructions

  1. 1Ensure the 2 cups of Cooked Japanese Rice are warm. If the rice is not already warm, gently heat it until it is warm to the touch.
  2. 2In a small bowl, combine the 1/4 cup of Silken Tofu and the 2 teaspoons of Soy Sauce. Whisk these ingredients together until the mixture is completely smooth and has a creamy consistency, with no lumps of tofu visible.
  3. 3Divide the warm 2 cups of Cooked Japanese Rice evenly between two serving bowls.
  4. 4Carefully spoon the creamy tofu mixture over the top of the rice in each of the two bowls.
  5. 5Cut the 1 sheet of Nori Seaweed into thin strips. Garnish each bowl with the 1 tablespoon of Green Onions, the 1 teaspoon of Toasted Sesame Seeds, and the cut strips of Nori Seaweed. Serve the dish immediately.
