Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Dairy-Free Milk
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Olives
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs
  • 2 tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
  • 6 tablespoons Water

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Combine flaxseed meal and water. Let sit 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. 3In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. 4In a separate bowl, combine dairy-free milk, olive oil, and flaxseed mixture.
