Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Milk

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, olive oil, dill, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, add to the potato mixture then dairy-free milk. Mix well.
  4. 4Divide the dough into 4 portions and flatten each into a small circle.
