Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Potato Starch
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Sunflower Oil
  • 0.5 cup Dairy-Free Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and grate the potatoes and onion using a box grater.
  2. 2Place the grated potatoes and onion in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
  3. 3In a bowl, combine the squeezed potatoes and onion, egg, potato starch, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4Heat sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. 5Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly.
