Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Mashed Potato (cooked, cooled)
  • 0.5 cup Plant-Based Milk (unsweetened)
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dry Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm plant-based milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine flour, mashed potato, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Add the yeast mixture and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients.
  4. 4Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. 5Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
