Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tapioca Flour (Sweet)
  • 1 cup Tapioca Flour (Sour)
  • 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a blender, combine the 2 cups of Tapioca Flour (Sweet), the 1 cup of Tapioca Flour (Sour), the 1/2 cup of Nutritional Yeast, the 1/4 cup of Olive Oil, the 1/2 cup of Water, and the 1 teaspoon of Salt. Blend everything together until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. 3Lightly grease your mini muffin tins. Pour the batter into the prepared mini muffin tins, filling each cup about three-quarters of the way full.
  4. 4Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. The Pão de Queijo are done when they are golden brown and have puffed up.
  5. 5Allow the Pão de Queijo to cool slightly in the tins before carefully removing them to serve.
