Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dairy-free milk (almond, soy, or oat)
  • 2 large Eggs

  • 8 slices Bread slices (challah or brioche)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan butter
  • 2 cups Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Instructions
