Instructions

  1. 1Place the 2 tablespoons of green tea into a fine-mesh sieve and rinse them under cold running water for 15 seconds to remove any dust.
  2. 2Transfer the rinsed 2 tablespoons of green tea and the 1 bunch of fresh mint into a clean teapot.
  3. 3Add the 4 tablespoons of sugar to the teapot with the tea and mint.
  4. 4Carefully pour the 4 cups of boiling water (approximately 100°C / 100°C) into the teapot over the tea, mint, and sugar. Allow the tea to steep for 3 to 5 minutes; the liquid will darken and become fragrant.
