- 1.5 cups Glutinous rice (sticky rice)
- 2 cans Coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 large Ripe mangoes
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (optional)

- 1Rinse glutinous rice and soak in water for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- 2Drain the rice and steam it in a steamer lined with cheesecloth for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 3While rice is steaming, prepare the coconut milk sauce. In a saucepan, combine 1 can of coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat over low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Do not boil.
- 4Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and pour half of the coconut milk sauce over it. Mix well and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to absorb the sauce.
