  • 8 Eggs
  • 12 oz Plant-Based Italian Sausage
  • 2 medium Bell Peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions
