Dairy-Free Hawaiian Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork shoulder
  • 1 cup Canned pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Dairy-free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 8 Slider buns
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-free mayonnaise
  • 4 cups Shredded cabbage mix
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Celery seeds

Instructions

  1. 1In a slow cooker, combine pineapple juice, dairy-free soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. 2Place pork shoulder in the slow cooker and coat with the sauce.
  3. 3Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until pork is easily shredded.
  4. 4While the pork cooks, prepare dairy-free coleslaw by mixing dairy-free mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and celery seeds with shredded cabbage mix.
  5. 5Shred the pork with two forks. Serve on slider buns topped with dairy-free coleslaw.
