  • 4 medium Potatoes, grated

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce(replaces Egg)
  • 1/4 cup Onion, finely grated
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Dairy-free apple sauce

Instructions

  1. 1Grate the potatoes and onion using a box grater. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, grated onion, flour, applesauce, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

  4. 4Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly.
