Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Mixed fish (carp, catfish, perch)
  • 2 large Onion
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika
  • 8 cups Fish broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Clean and fillet the fish. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
  2. 2In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until softened.
  3. 3Stir in tomato paste, paprika, and hot paprika. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. 4Add fish broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. 5Add the fish pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  7. 7Serve hot.
