Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Saba Bananas
  • 1 cup Ripe Jackfruit
  • 12 pieces Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Peel the saba bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. 2Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.
  3. 3Place a banana half on the wrapper, add a few strips of jackfruit, and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  4. 4Fold the sides of the wrapper over the banana and jackfruit, then roll tightly to create a spring roll.
  5. 5Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  6. 6Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. 7Fry the turon until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. 8Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
