  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 cup Dairy-free milk (e.g., soy milk)
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil, for frying
  • 1 medium Avocado, diced
  • 1/4 medium Red onion, finely diced
  • 1 medium Tomato, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped

Instructions
