Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons Non-Dairy Milk

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. 4Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. 5Fold in the chopped hazelnuts and dairy-free chocolate chips.
  6. 6Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a log about 8 inches long.
  7. 7Place the logs on the prepared baking sheet.
