Dairy-Free Cheese and Onion Crisps

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Thinly slice the potatoes using a mandoline or knife. Rinse the potato slices in cold water to remove excess starch, then pat dry thoroughly.
  3. 3In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crisps are golden brown and crispy. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  6. 6Let cool on the baking sheet before serving.
