- 1 large Onion
- 2 large Tomatoes

- 1 tsp Garam masala

- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Dried mango powder (amchur)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil

- 1Heat coconut oil in a pot. Add diced onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 2Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 3Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 4Stir in chickpea flour and cook for another minute.
- 5Add drained chickpeas, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, dried mango powder, and salt. Mix well.
- 6Add 1 cup of water and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- 7Serve hot with gluten-free rice or roti.
