Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs White fish fillets (cod, sea bass)
  • 0.5 cup Tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. 2Place the 1.5 lbs of white fish fillets into the prepared baking dish.
  3. 3In a medium bowl, whisk together the 0.5 cup of tahini, 0.25 cup of lemon juice, 3 minced cloves of garlic, 0.25 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper until smooth.
  4. 4Pour the tahini sauce evenly over the fish fillets in the baking dish.
