  • 100 g Rice Flour
  • 800 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 leaf Pandan Leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 100 g Palm Sugar
  • 50 ml Water

  1. 1In a saucepan, whisk together rice flour and a small amount of coconut milk until smooth to prevent lumps.
  2. 2Add the remaining coconut milk, pandan leaf, and salt to the saucepan.
