Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soybeans, dried
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1Soak the soybeans in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. 2Drain the soybeans and pat them dry.
  3. 3Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. 4Add the soybeans and roast them until they are golden brown and crunchy.
  5. 5Remove the soybeans from the pan and transfer to a bowl.
  6. 6Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  7. 7Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
