Ingredients

  • 2 large Sweet Potatoes (peeled and cut into fries)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Creole Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Hot Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the 2 large Sweet Potatoes (cut into fries), 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 tsp Creole Seasoning, and 1/4 tsp Salt. Toss everything together until the sweet potato fries are evenly coated.
  3. 3Spread the coated sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Make sure they are not overlapping so they bake evenly.
  4. 4Bake for 20-25 minutes. Halfway through the baking time, carefully flip the fries. The fries are done when they are tender and have slightly crispy edges.
  5. 5While the fries are baking, prepare the vegan aioli. In a small bowl, add the 1/2 cup Dairy-Free Mayonnaise, 1 clove Garlic (minced), 1 tsp Lemon Juice, and 1/4 tsp Hot Sauce.
  6. 6Whisk the ingredients for the vegan aioli together until they are well combined and smooth.
  7. 7Serve the baked Creole Spiced Sweet Potato Fries immediately with the prepared vegan aioli on the side.
