Ingredients

  • 2 large Sweet Potatoes (cut into fries)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Creole Seasoning (dairy-free, nut-free)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the 2 large sweet potatoes, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of Creole seasoning, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, and 1/4 tsp of salt. Toss all ingredients together until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. 3Carefully spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, making sure that none of them overlap.
  4. 4Bake the sweet potatoes in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping them over halfway through the cooking time. The sweet potatoes are done when they are tender when pierced with a fork and have slightly crispy edges.
  5. 5Serve the sweet potatoes immediately with the 1/4 cup of dairy-free ranch dressing for dipping.
