Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tapioca starch
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.25 cup Almond milk

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, combine tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, baking powder and salt.
  3. 3Add coconut oil and eggs. Mix well.
  4. 4Gradually add almond milk until a dough forms.
  5. 5Shape the dough into small balls.
  6. 6Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
