Ingredients

  • 2 large Plantains
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
